Shipping and delivery
Delivery charges apply to all orders and are based on the delivery location:
Auckland - $8.00
Rest of North Island - $10.00
South Island - $12.00
Rural delivery - an additional $5.50 charge applies
All orders are sent by courier via NZ Post as a non-signature service. If you prefer a signature-required delivery, please state this in the Delivery Instructions box during checkout.

North Island 2-4 business days*
South Island 3-6 business days*
Rural Addresses add 1-3 business days
*During peak or busy times of the year deliveries may take an additional 2-4 business days.
Returns and refunds
Returns of Wekabooks products, may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Before returning any items, you must obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number from Wekabooks. Books must be in their original condition for a full refund (less delivery).
To be eligible for a refund, books must be returned in their original, unused condition. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the books only; delivery charges are non-refundable.

provide access to and support for Wekabooks resources
manage licences and usage agreements in line with our Terms of Use
handle invoicing, receipts, and financial records
share important updates, corrections, or resource-related communications.
Sharing and confidentiality
Wekabooks does not sell, rent, or distribute customer information to third parties.
We do not share details about whether a school or teacher uses Wekabooks with outside organisations.
When sending group emails, we use BCC to ensure email addresses remain private between recipients.
We may engage trusted third-party providers (such as email services and cloud storage platforms) to support our operations. These providers only process information as needed to deliver those services.
Data storage and security
We store customer information securely and limit access to authorised Wekabooks personnel only.
We take reasonable steps to protect data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, or disclosure.
Email preferences
You may unsubscribe from Wekabooks emails at any time, and we will process opt-out requests promptly.
Access and correction rights
You may request access to, or correction of, any personal information we hold about you.
